Our workshop

The Giant workshop is a fully kitted out, state of the art facility for servicing and upgrading your bike. Every mechanic is fully Cytech qualified. With an open plan view into the workshop you can see the experts at work, or relax in the Fuel Bar while you wait.

Free bike service

Any bike you buy from Giant comes with a FREE first service (our Bronze Service) up to 6 weeks after purchase. So if you notice your brakes have loosened or your gears don’t shift as precisely, then make a visit to the store. It’s always a good idea to get your bike properly tuned up. Your bike will be completely looked over, top-to-bottom, until the mechanics are happy. Only when they feel the bike is working perfectly, and safely is their work done.

Bike box hire

Competing in an ironman, tackling Morzine's hair-raising decents or taking on some serious mountain climbs in the Dolomites - wherever you choose to ride abroad be sure to protect your pride and joy.

Silver (non-hydraulic brakes)

Recommended after 6-9 months, Silver Service is a basic safety check, clean and service, ideal for regular intervals to ensure your bike is safe and your gearing is running smoothly, includes; Bike valet / Gears & brakes checked & adjusted / Chain checked and lubricated / Wheels & tyres inspected for wear / Wheels trued and spokes tensioned / Full safety check *Additional parts & labour are excluded - these will be confirmed with customer prior to being undertaken

Exactly the same as the Silver Service but for bikes with hydraulic disc brakes. *Additional parts & labour are excluded - these will be confirmed with customer prior to being undertaken

Gold

Recommended after 9-12 months - all the benefits of a Silver Service including valet and full safety check, but with extra features including; hubrs & rims checked for wear / bearings checked for movement & adjusted as necessary / bottom bracket checked for movement & adjusted as necessary / headset checked for movement & adjusted as necessary / chain, cassette & chainset cleaned, checked for wear & lubricated / single cable & brake pads fitted if required. *Additional parts & labour are excluded - these will be confirmed with customer prior to being undertaken, additional services eg disc brake bleed receive a discounted rate when added to a Gold Service
