The Giant workshop is a fully kitted out, state of the art facility for servicing and upgrading your bike. Every mechanic is fully Cytech qualified. With an open plan view into the workshop you can see the experts at work, or relax in the Fuel Bar while you wait.

Any bike you buy from Giant comes with a FREE first service (our Bronze Service) up to 6 weeks after purchase. So if you notice your brakes have loosened or your gears don’t shift as precisely, then make a visit to the store. It’s always a good idea to get your bike properly tuned up. Your bike will be completely looked over, top-to-bottom, until the mechanics are happy. Only when they feel the bike is working perfectly, and safely is their work done.
